欧盟并购监管机构指控Facebook(脸书)在收购即时通讯应用WhatsApp期间传播误导信息,或将对其进行罚款。这起调查源自WhatsApp进行的隐私政策调整,调整后的隐私政策允许WhatsApp与母公司Facebook共享用户电话号码等信息。

2规模高达20亿美元的社会影响力基金Rise宣布成立

据报道,一批知名高管及投资者创建了一只名为Rise的社会影响力基金,该基金的规模为20亿美元。其投资者包括:Bono、eBay 创始人PierreOmidya和Jeff Skoll、以及慈善行业投资者LaurenePowell Jobs和Richard Branson。TPGGrowth创始合伙人Bill McGlashan负责监督工作。

In the first nine months of this year, Uber lostsignificantly more than $2.2 billion, according to a Bloomberg report citing anunnamed source. Uber also reportedly generated about $3.76 billion in netrevenue in the first nine months of 2016 and is on track to exceed $5.5 billionthis year.
